Shipping Policy
Our shipments are handled by PostNL and DHL. We will send you an email as soon as your package has been send. You will then receive an email with your tracking code, the tracking number will be active within 24 hours. Please contact us if you haven’t received your package after the customer clearance time. Delivery
During holidays or sales periods, the delivery time can be slightly longer than you are used to from us.

1 -2 business days
Europe, US, Canada, Middle East & Australia:
2-5 business days
Asia:
3-5 business days
Africa:
4-5 business days
South America, New Zealand, China
5-7 business days
Delivery Costs
If you enter your address at checkout, you will automatically see the shipping costs. Duties and taxes may apply if you place an order from outside the EU. For countries within the EU, there are no custom charges.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
NADINE OFFICIAL is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
NADINE OFFICIAL is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
Shipping details
Shipping rates are applied per order. The exact shipping rates depend on the country to which your order is being delivered and the total amount of the order. All packages have a tracking number so the package can be tracked. This tracking number will be shared in the shipping confirmation email.
